What payment options are available for users?
We accept credit/debit cards, contactless payments, and mobile wallets for maximum convenience. Just tap, grab and go.
Where can I place a smart cooler?
Anywhere in the Great Indoors! Gyms, offices, Apartments, Schools, Hotels, Manufacturing, so long as theres a plug and a at least a small 32" x 32" space for the cooler and space for its door to open.
Can we choose products to go inside the machine?
Yep! By default we'll use our best estimation of what your location needs with top-selling items. Just let us know however, and we can put any products you'd like to see instead so long as we get a heads up to buy inventory. If we notice one of the products sales slumping, we'll even rotate in some new options.
What Vending Machines are available?
Refrigerated, freezer, or room temp, we have it all. So long as it's the smart-cooler style. They can be mixed and matched according to your specific needs; multiples of the same temperature units, or one of each kind.
What if the machine breaks?
We will take care of the vending machine at absolutely no cost to you, no matter what. If any part is damaged, missing, or not working, we'll take care of it from our end.
Why is a smart cooler better than a traditional machine?
1. No Stuck products: Just grab and go, no coils, no sad times 2. Better Options: Fresh healthy foods and meals are an option now 3. Touch and Feel: Pick it up, take a look, read the nutrition facts and ingredients, the weight, the size, all without needing to commit to a purchase.
What if I pick something up and put it back?
You will not be charged. The cameras in the cooler keep track of the entire interaction and make sure to charge only for what you take out.
Whats this hold on my card after using the machine?
This is a pre-authorization, a temporary hold on your card to confirm you have sufficient funds. This verifies your card is valid, reserves the necessary funds, and follows industry standards for unattended food and beverage purchases. This hold will be removed shortly after your real transaction goes through.
What areas do you service?
Right now we service within the greater Houston area, in and slightly around Beltway 8.

Unfortunately, no, our machines do not take cash. This however reduces our service times, chances of break-ins, and overall overhead for all parties involved.
